I just received the attached slide deck which provides further information on what can and can't happen during these new restrictions. I urge you to take a few minutes to read through the full file.
Of note:
- Restaurants, bars and cafes can do outside dining - stipulations are listed in the attached. I'm not sure how feasible this is given the current weather but it is allowed.
- Personal Service business - hair salons, nail salons etc. - you can't provide any services where the client needs to remove their mask. Full stipulations are included in the attached.
