Good Afternoon BIA Members,
Just a reminder that we're entering into week 2 of our ShopCanadian2Win contest. I've been dropping off marketing materials to our businesses but if for some reason I've missed you and you want the materials for your customers please just send me a quick email and I will get them to you! I know some of you have already gone through your supply of the QR voucher/flyer - I will be dropping off more to you later today.
We also encourage you to promote that your part of this contest via your social media platforms. To help with this, attached please find 2 sm files that you can use.
As a reminder:
- This is a 6 week contest which will run through to Dec. 14/25. So a great promotion for holiday shopping, Black Friday shopping etc.
- Each week one lucky person will win $10,000 if they paid with Interac/debit or $5,000 if they paid with cash or a credit card. If your customer is the lucky winner then you will win $2,000.
- People can enter as many times as they like each week and they can enter receipts from all of our BIA members - retail, restaurants, services etc.
- The one rule is that you have to enter new receipts each week to be eligible for that week's draw. So if you entered last week your entry doesn't carry over - you need to make a new purchase this week and enter for this week and so on for each week.
- Minimum spend to enter is $15.00.
- You and your staff can enter the contest as well - it's open to everyone who shops in our Broadview Danforth BIA.
