Good Afternoon All,

 

The City of Toronto has released new dates for its Level 1 and Level 2 de-escalation training for you and your staff.  These sessions have been offered before and some of you have taken them and reported back that they were helpful.  If you haven't done a session or need a refresher I encourage you and your staff to register.  Please note: You can only take Level 2 after completing Level 1.  Attached is the full information, including session dates, times, and the registration link.  

 

Also attached is a photo of 3 women who seem to be working together and are suspected of shoplifting in some of our businesses.  One of our business members provided this photo after filing a police report that included it.  Please share this with your staff so they are aware.
