Our Danforth BIA signature event, Thrill of the Grill, is fast approaching. As you know, we've moved the event up in the calendar so that it takes place on Saturday, June 17th - Father's Day Weekend. Great BBQ, Great Fathers & Father figures & great shopping for Dad - a perfect combination.
Attached below is a copy of our new graphics for this year. We'd love to have you help promote our BIA's event via your social media, e-blasts to your customers etc.
We would also like to promote any of you who have some great Father's Day gift suggestions through our social media. Do you have fab socks for Dad, or great clothes, or books that Dad would love, or great mugs, or something tasty for Dad's breakfast - let us know so we can promote it in advance of the event.
We will once again have a sidewalk sale permit during the event and encourage you to consider doing an activation outside of your business. Grab our 2,000 Thrill guests and get them excited to shop in your business!
Finally, we will be doing 200 Mystery Bags once again. We sell these bags for $10 with all proceeds going to Sunnybrook's Odette Cancer Center and kidney cancer research. These were a huge hit last year. If you would like to donate items or vouchers for the bags please let me know.
