Gerrard/Broadview closure - starts July 24 - TTC track replacement

Good Afternoon All,

Below and attached is information on the upcoming closure of the intersection of Gerrard and Broadview. I've checked with the TTC and local traffic will be able to go south on Broadview from Danforth but will be redirected as they get closer to the affected intersection. Please note that this is a long closure: July 24 to approximately September 8.

Thanks,
Susan

Hello,

Please see the attached construction impact notice for upcoming work on the TTC streetcar track replacement at Gerrard and Broadview intersection.

The intersection will be fully closed to traffic in all directions starting at 4 am July 24 to 6 am September 8

Jack Layton Way/St Matthews at Bridgepoint Health is prioritized for hospital staff/patients/visitors/deliveries, as well as TTC buses and Emergency. No through or Local traffic is permitted.

- Local Traffic Access will be maintained around the intersection, roughly from Blackburn to Logan and Simpson to Dundas

- Signage will indicate this closure (Pottery Road/Mortimer to Easter and Parliament to Coxwell) for through traffic to use alternate routes and avoid this intersection.

If you have questions, please contact all three construction liaison staff at the same time to help assist you as quickly as possible
