The Votes Have Been Counted – Toronto & GTA Consumers Overwhelmingly Choose Ottway for the second year in a row!
Toronto, April 2009 – Ottway Herbs and Vitamins, a pioneer in the natural health business and champion consumer advocate, has been awarded the 2009 Consumers’ Choice Award for Business Excellence.
“We are proud, honoured and humbled to win the Consumer’s Choice Award” said Toufiq Satiar, President of Ottway. “It is the result of many years of dedication by everyone at Ottway to take care of our most important relationships, those with our consumers”.
The CONSUMERS' CHOICE AWARD™ is an initiative of CONSUMERS' CHOICE INSTITUTE. The winners are determined by consumers and not by a panel of judges. Its’ purpose is to publicly identify and celebrate those establishments which have been voted by consumers as being their choice for excellence.
Responses from over 1,900 consumers throughout the Greater Toronto Area were gathered and tabulated by the independent firm of Leger Marketing. When asked to name their best place to shop based on four elements of Quality, Service, Value and Appearance, they picked Ottway.

Presentations of awards will be held on June 1, 2009 and will be covered by the Toronto Sun and will be taped for future airing, by Global TV.
